The following Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Anna Ivankova, a family photographer based in Utah. These terms are designed to provide clarity, set expectations, and protect both parties. Please note, this document is not a substitute for legal advice. Terms & Conditions - The Basics

By booking a session with Anna Ivankova, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These T&C govern all family, maternity, motherhood, couple, and lifestyle photo sessions conducted by Anna Ivankova. They are designed to establish a professional and respectful relationship between the client and the photographer.

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. Dates are not held without payment.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change and are confirmed only once the booking is completed.

Copyright & Image Use

All photographs taken by Anna Ivankova remain the copyright of the photographer.

Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes. Anna Ivankova retains the right to use images for her portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, and publications unless the client opts out in writing before the session.

Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, sold, or used for commercial gain without written permission.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will forfeit the retainer.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.

  • In case of illness, extreme weather, or other force majeure events, Anna will offer a reschedule at no additional charge.

Image Delivery & Edits

  • Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 14 working days.

  • Anna curates and edits images based on her artistic style. RAW files or unedited images are not provided.

  • Additional editing requests beyond the standard retouching may incur extra fees.

Session Conduct & Safety

  • Anna is committed to creating a warm, relaxed environment for families and children.

  • Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children during the session.

  • Please arrive on time and ready, as late arrivals may result in shorter session time.

Travel & Location

  • Sessions are typically held in Utah County and Salt Lake County.

  • A travel fee may apply for locations outside this area.

  • Any required location permits or fees are the responsibility of the client.
